How to set up your Trinico Cloud e-mail on Apple Mail (macOS)
Apple Mail on a Mac connects to your Trinico Cloud email in a few minutes. The easiest way is the setup file cPanel makes for Mac. You can also add the account by hand in Mail with your email address, its password and the server name mail.yourbusiness.co.za.

The quick way: cPanel's setup file
- On the Mac, log in to cPanel and go to Email Accounts.
- Click Connect Devices next to your address.
- Under Mail Client Automatic Configuration Scripts, download the option for macOS Mail.
- Open the downloaded file. Your Mac asks you to review and install the profile in System Settings. When it asks for a password, use the password of the email address.
By hand in Mail
- Open Mail. From the menu bar choose Mail, then Add Account.
- Choose Other Mail Account and click Continue.
- Type your name, your full email address and the password of the email address. Click Sign In.
- If Mail asks for more, choose IMAP and type mail.yourbusiness.co.za as both the incoming and outgoing mail server. Click Sign In again.
- Tick Mail and click Done.

Swap in your own domain. Wherever you see yourbusiness.co.za, use the part of your email address after the @. If your address is sales@smithplumbing.co.za, your server is mail.smithplumbing.co.za.
