How to access your e-mail from any web browser (Webmail)

Webmail lets you read and send your Trinico Cloud email in any web browser, with nothing to install. Go to webmail.yourbusiness.co.za, log in with your full email address and its password, and your inbox opens. It is also the easiest way to test a new address before you set up Outlook or your phone.
How to log in
- Open your browser and go to https://webmail.yourbusiness.co.za, using your own domain. https://yourbusiness.co.za/webmail works too.
- Type your full email address and the password of that address. This is the one you set in cPanel, not your cPanel password.
- Click Log in. Your inbox opens.
Other ways in
- From cPanel: go to Email Accounts and click Check Email next to the address.
- From your client area: open Services, choose your hosting and click Log in to Webmail.
If the webmail address does not open
Usually this means your domain is not pointing to Trinico Cloud yet, or a change is still spreading across the internet, which can take up to 48 hours. Use the cPanel or client area route above in the meantime.
Handy things to do in webmail
- Read your mail on a borrowed or shared computer. Log out when you are done.
- Keep working if Outlook is playing up. Your mail is safe on the server either way.
- Set an out-of-office reply or an email filter.
