No. Microsoft 365 plans have predictable monthly pricing with no exchange-rate surprises.
Migration is not included in the plan price. We do migrate mailboxes from Google Workspace, IMAP or another Microsoft 365 tenant, and it is quoted per project, so contact us for pricing before you order.
