Frequently Asked

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick, honest answers to the questions we hear most often. Still need help? Get in touch.

What is included with a Trinico Cloud cloud server?

Every cloud server runs on AMD EPYC processors with dedicated vCPU, fast SSD storage, 20 TB of monthly traffic and full root access. Plans start at R179 a month with no setup fee and no minimum contract.

Where are Trinico Cloud cloud servers hosted?

Choose your data centre at checkout from locations in Germany, Finland, the United States and Singapore. Pick the region closest to your end users for the lowest latency.

Which operating systems can I install?

Every CPX server ships with a clean Linux install. You can choose Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky Linux, AlmaLinux, Fedora, openSUSE or CentOS at provisioning, and reinstall to a different distribution any time from the control panel.

Is the cloud server billed monthly or hourly?

Trinico Cloud cloud servers are billed monthly with no hourly metering and no surprise overage charges. The 20 TB traffic allowance is included; we do not throttle if you exceed it occasionally.

What is the difference between the CPX1x and CPX2x plans?

The CPX1x range (CPX11 to CPX51) and CPX2x range (CPX12 to CPX62) are different generations of AMD EPYC instances. The CPX2x range adds higher-vCPU options and larger SSD allocations for compute-heavy workloads.

How do I get support if something breaks?

Open a ticket from your client area, message us on WhatsApp or email support, and a real person will respond within the hour during office hours and the same business day overnight.
