How to get help with Sitejet Builder
On this page
Sitejet Builder has its own help centre, community and support form, run by the Sitejet team. Use them for anything about building and editing your website in the builder. For your hosting, domain, email or cPanel, open a support ticket with Trinico Cloud. This page shows where each one is.
Inside the builder
While you are editing your website, open the menu at the top left (the three lines) and choose Help. Sitejet describes it as direct access to all their help resources, so it is the quickest place to start when you are stuck on the editor itself.
Sitejet's help centre, community and support form
- Sitejet Help Center: step-by-step articles and videos about the builder. Start with Introduction to Sitejet Builder.
- Sitejet Community: a forum where Sitejet users help each other, and the Sitejet team reads along.
- Submit a request: Sitejet's contact form, for when you would rather not post publicly.
Before you ask Sitejet, have your Website ID ready. It is the number in your browser's address bar while you are in the editor. Sitejet asks for it, together with the steps you took and a screenshot.
What Sitejet helps with, and what we help with
Sitejet's own help page says that for websites built through cPanel, their support covers problems inside the website builder only. Everything else comes to your host, which is us.
