Good to know
Does a 10 mean my email will reach every inbox?
No test can promise that. Gmail and Microsoft also look at how your readers treat your emails, which no test can see. A high score means you have the setup right, and that matters most.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
Three DNS records that prove an email really comes from your domain. SPF lists the servers allowed to send for you. DKIM signs each email so it cannot be changed on the way. DMARC tells receivers what to do when the other two fail. On our cPanel hosting, Email Deliverability in cPanel sets up SPF and DKIM for you.
What happens to the email I send?
We keep it, and the report, for 7 days so you can come back to the link, then delete both. You can delete them sooner with Delete it now. Anyone with the report link can see the report, so only share it with people you trust.
Can I test a newsletter or a mailing?
Yes. Add the test address to your list, or send one copy to it from your email tool. We check the one-click unsubscribe that Gmail and Yahoo require for bulk email.
