  5. Two-factor authentication

Your Trinico Cloud client area is the single place to manage everything: services, invoices, contact details, payment methods, support tickets and security settings.

The main sections

  • Services - hosting plans, mailboxes, SSL certificates, anything active.
  • Domains - your registered domains, with quick links to renew, transfer or update DNS.
  • Billing - paid invoices, unpaid invoices, credit balance and payment methods.
  • Support - open and closed tickets, plus the link to start a new ticket.
  • Account - your contact details, password, two-factor authentication, e-mail preferences.

Open the client area

Updating your payment method

Go to Billing → Payment Methods. We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) - tokenised for recurring charges, your card number never sits on our server.
  • EFT (manual bank transfer) - banking details on every invoice.
  • Debit order - mandate form on request.

Switching billing cycle (monthly to annual)

You can switch any service from monthly billing to annual (and usually save in the process) - go to the service in your client area and click Change Billing Cycle. The proration is handled automatically: any unused part of your current cycle is credited to the next invoice.

Cancelling a service

Cancellation is self-service: open the service, click Request Cancellation and pick "End of billing period" (you keep service until the date you have already paid for) or "Immediate". We do not lock you in - if you change your mind a week later, just open a ticket and we will reinstate.

Two-factor authentication

Strongly recommended. Account → Security Settings → enable Two-Factor Authentication. We support standard authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator). Once enabled, even a stolen password cannot get into your account.
